| CharlieやBrooke、MCDなどの諸作をリリースしてきたUKのDouble Topレーベルからの新人!!! 今回はDes'ree "You Gotta Be"カヴァー!!! Charlie、そしてBrookeに続いて期待の新人女性ヴォーカリストClaudiaがUKのDouble Topレーベルからデビュー!!! R&Bファンならば誰もが知っているであろう曲を、ネタ使い、もしくはカバーした作品を多くリリースしてきた同レーベルのメインプロデューサーDouble Top Productionが手掛け、今回は2 Worldzのカヴァーも有名なDes'ree "You Gotta Be"を取り上げているとなれば、否が応でもファンの期待は高まるのは無理からぬ所ですが、見事に期待に応えてくれています!! 原曲から引用された美しいピアノフレーズが響くサビの辺りで、「込み上げ度」が最高潮となる"Main Version"に加え、Brooke "I Wish"や2 Worldzの同曲カヴァーでも使用されていた、おなじみの定番リディムを使用した"Diwali Mix"は、当然フロアの爆発が期待できる万人ウケ確実の仕上がりです!! |
