デビューアルバムからのカットとなった、切なすぎるメロディが最高な傑作ミディアム・ナンバー!!
2ndアルバムも好評、デビューシングル"Slow Down"の大ヒットも未だ記憶に新しい、Ludacrisを一派のクルー『Disterbing The Pieces』所属のシンガーであり、かつては"Blackberry Molasses"のヒットで知られる4人組男の子ヴォーカルグループ『Mista』のメンバーでもあったBobby Valentino。そんな彼のソロデビューアルバムの中でも一際耳を引いた"Slow Down"路線の切なげミッドチューン!! かつてはBoyz II Men、Another Bad Creation、Jon bなどの曲を手掛け、ようやく最近になって注目されるようになったプロデューサーズ・ユニットTim & Bobがアルバムのほとんどの曲を手掛けているのですが、本作もその一つ。Tim & Bobらしい「泣かせる」上モノの響きが胸を熱くするトラックも最高ですが、ヴォーカル面の成長こそ感じさせますが、やはり『Mista』時代からの変わらぬ誠実な歌声で更に込み上げさせます!! 同路線のB面曲"Give Me A Chance"も最高な仕上がり! |
